Your responsibilities
• You are the first contact for all sales employees and sales partners concerning questions about technical product characteristics and PAY.ON´s support services
• You support our sales, marketing and product management departments on creating standard sales documents and customizing them for each selling process
• In coordination with the board and the sales department you create proposals, calculations and presentations
• You coordinate all clients requests and direct them to the responsible sales representative or sales partner
• By constant optimisation and monitoring you ensure smooth sales processes and guarantee an optimal handover to account management
• You follow-up existing leads with calls to clarify final questions and thereby prepare the signing of contracts
• You are responsible for the relationship management with financial institutions and introduce new clients to banks and partners for acceptance
• You support our Managed Services Consultants in their various projects, however initially more on a routine work level
• You become an expert for the electronic and mobile payment market
